Gabriella Cesari

Gabriella Cesari deals with civil law specialising in insurance law.

She graduated from the University of Trento in 2005 and obtained a Master’s Degree in Sports Law from the University of Trento.

She has been a member of the Trento Bar Association since 2016.

She mainly deals with civil law and, in particular, she acquired specific knowledge and skills in insurance law thanks to her long-standing collaboration with a leading insurance company, offering assistance both in and out of court in matters of civil liability and damages.

She has also acquired in-depth knowledge of the legal issues relating to the liability of mountain professionals (such as ski instructors, mountain guides, and mid-mountain guides) through:

• consultancy activities in favour of individual professionals, professional associations and public bodies;
• in-depth study and development of the issues of greatest interest, such as, for example
  • the keeping of registers
  • control and supervision of the practice of the profession;
  • the study of risk management aspects.
  • teaching courses for aspiring ski instructors for ten years.
